THE MANUAL IS TOO BASIC.I MAKE MY LIVING IN THE STUDIO AND I STILL HAD TO E-MAIL TECH SUPPORT ON A FEW THINGS.I DO NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT WHEN YOU POWER DOWN AND TURN IT BACK ON YOU LOOSE ALL YOUR SETTINGS.

BY NOW YOU PROBABLY THINK I'M GOING TO KEEP TRASING THIS UNIT WRONG! I'VE USED A LOT OF PRE AMPS AND COMPRESSORS. THIS ONE IS FANTASTIC IT BRINGS OUT ALL THE OVERTONES IN THE HUMAN VOICE. FOR VOCALS I'M USING A U-87 WHICH IS A GREAT MIC BUT THE FOCUSRITE TAKES IT TO ANOTHER LEVEL!

THIS IS A HIGH END PRODUCT IT IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY. IT WILL MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN YOUR SOUND, I ALSO LOVE IT FOR ACOUSTIC GUITARS

This is high end Folks so don't expect it to be that easy. But, it will become easier with a little time amd the rewards are substancial indeed. The manual is very black and white and tells what things are but knows you will experiment.

Sound quality is second to none. Very quiet. You can make this as transparent as you want or as colored and the colors are fantastic!

Built like a tank and looks like a colorful freindly monster! I would use the ISA 220 on anything I wanted to sound good period!

I haven't used costomer support except to download a manual and that was easy enough.

Overall I wouls use this on anything I would patch into or sing into or mix through and so on... I love everything about the unit and the price is well below whatit is worth. If you don't want to be disappointed with all your other outboard equipment, don't buy it!
