The pedal took me a while to figure out, and is really touchy on the controls.

Sound Quality : 10

It really sounded bad when I first got it but, I think thats because just had woken up. It sounds like your playing through liquid and when you play lightly your in liquid and when you play louder it comes cleaner.

Reliability : 10

Built unbeliably strong.but Have had it for only a week.

Customer Support : 10

Haven,t had to deal with them. But have talked to them.

Overall Rating : 10

Great pedal everyboby should have on of these. Have great sound. Are a little expensive though
