Very easy to use. This pedal has dozens of different sounds, but still manages to be very easy to dial in. The mini EQ knobs are awesome and allow you to dial in your tone and shape the distortion harmonics. Bass/Mids know almost acts like a trimmer on a germanium fuzz - you can even get the distortion to stall like a germanium if you set it correctly.
The clean and sparkle channels are pretty self explanatory. One is a cleanish boost, the other a fuzz.

Great sounding pedal. Hard to say what this pedal does best because it can cover so many different sounds. The fuzz (flame channel) can do a very good Hendrix/germanium sound with the treble at 3 and mid at 12 dialed up. Turn both the EQ knobs down and crank the gain and the fuzz gets a great mid-90s wooly sound going.
The fuzz channel layers great with a wah. I have a Teese RMC3 dialed to boost the signal a little (with Vox like tone). Harmonics sound great when they interact, very vocal and emphasizes the wah.
The clean channel is very clean until the last 10% of the gain knob. It does great sounding vox-like distortion when it breaks up. I could see myself using two of these pedals. The boost channel is great because it is like a normal (great sounding) boost, but with a little overdrive on top that mixes great with my amp (Dr. Z Rt 66).

Have not had very long, but it seems up to the same build quality as my OCD. Great foot-switch. Can't really comment on reliability other than saying I have never had a problem with Fulltone gear.

Haven't dealt with them. Have heard they are arrogant. Whatever - it sounds great.

I use mainly Fender strats in a Fender Princeton or Deluxe Reverb amp. I didn't try it with Les Paul style guitars. The pedal is not noisy at all so far... What I really like in this pedal, is the fact that it's something different...Not really a traditional fuzz sound (we don't need anymore fuzzes clones) but a modern conception of it. It says "Everything from Clean Boost to Fuzz" on the box and that's true...I've spend 3 days with the pedal and I can find new tones every hour. If you're after Tubescreamer or Fuzz Face tones this is not for you but if you want something more "special" or specific you can go to your local dealer, you won't regret it!!! Mike Fuller knows how to take some risk and I like him for that reason!...

I just regret the huge level difference between the "Spark" and "Flame" settings...Too bad!...
