Ease of Use : 10
Very easy to use, has volume, intensity, speed, bright/dark switch, chorus/vibrato, and on/off. True bypass, A/C adaptor. Use *before* distortion.

Sound Quality : 10
Chorus: Adds a very musical sheen to your tone, a swishy sort of sound. Doesn't add any extra noise sounds best in bright setting for clean chords with dark best used for distorted leads. With a Fulldrive 2 after this box it sounds very much like Jimi's Machine Gun. Vibrato: Noticable only at higher speeds, with intensity set low sounds very leslie like, sounds great on arpeggios.

Reliability : 9
I have no worries about the box, it is built like a tank. The included A/C adaptor doesn't inspire confidence though.

Customer Support : 10
Mike is a great guy, very personable, he has a real passion for what he does, you can tell just by talking to him. He offers a couple days (i think) to try out any of his pedals and will let you exchange or get a refund if you don't like them (No refund on shipping of course)

Overall Rating : 10
I would buy this pedal again, it really makes my rig sound magical. Doesn't mess up your tone when it off (true bypass) and doesn't change the fundamental tone you already have. Sounds much better than the Rotovibe I wish you could attach a pedal to vary the speed and mike offers this but it is a hardwired item and I think you lose the original speed knob, I would prefer a pedal that could be used with a normal guitar cord.

Dead easy - volume knob sets loudness, intensity knob sets the balance of effect versus dry signal. BIG speed knob can be turned by hand or foot One wsitch control vibrato/chorus other gives dark or bright character

Sound Quality : 10
Very little background noise and even with lots of gain not too swooshy with no signal present. Effect is perfect, dead-on Univibe, dead-on SRV and Hendrix. You can nail those sounds at last. I've tried all the others - Rotovibe, Voodoo-vibe, Univibe and this is the one! Placing in effects chain is vital it sounds the best when put after the wah pedal but before the distortion pedals.

Reliability : 8
Seems fine, well-built, adaptor is a bit fragile looking though and it's mains only

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to deal with them

Overall Rating : 10
I'd buy it again, in fact it's so good I'm going to buy another one in case this one ever needs repairing - I couldn't do without it
