I have spent so much time, fine tuning the height of my pickups, readjusting, the the Bass and mids on My Marshall, tried several different tube brands, many different type of "Picks", different strings, different String gages, and a few different cable brands, to get the right balance between the Mids and the Lows, and to keep a great tone at different volume levels (from guitar Volume). THEN My friend gave me a Patch cord "interconnect" from Fulltone. after a short while, I was instantly pleased with my Tone AND BALANCE. I was playing for a couple hours before I realized that "Man is it this 1 interconnect cable"? I switched back to my Monster Rock, and I was blown away, that this 1 Fulltone Interconnect gave me my perfect bass with Perfect Mids/Mid highs (and Highs of course)I had the feeling I get when I every now and then pull of a major killer lick that surprises me as I have no idea where that one came from. THIS WAS TOO EASY. I IMMEDIATELY Changed over to Fulltone cables throughout

Of course I'm going to say that these are the best cables I ever heard or tried, but this goes way far beyond that. PERFECT balance. FINALLY, someone made a cable that truly has great sounding bass tones. The breakup is PERFECT, with a nice loud feel, but each note played, is crystal clear. Multiple strings played together, at tube meltdown, still are well defined, and a complete pleasure to listen to. When rolling off the Volume the natural bass sound is still there. Of course it changes, but changes naturally and doesn't drop off the face of the earth. The Mids are Killer yet nice and sweet with perfect balance between Mid Highs, and highs (and bass)I Love Fulltone Products, but never thought to even try their cables. I think when I read the Lit, it talked about the Mids (overtones) and I thought, I already have a mid heavy Marshall. Of course now in hindsight it's "why didn't I trust these before". The OCD (1.2) and deja vibe 1 are of the highest quality

These cables are extremely well built. Rock Solid. and well put together. the coolest thing besides the sound, is the way these things are made. I have no idea how they did it, but the cable just droops down and hangs there completely limp(In this case, this is a good word)I have never seen any type of cable like this in my life, and I used to make them, in telecommunications fiber optics. (Glass Fibers within cables)This is so cool, for the fact that they do not tangle, and are very lightweight. All this, and the outer jacket provides great protection. This has a feel similar to the Monster rock cable, (but with no stiffness)

The first time I called, I had spoken to Mike Fuller. He was chatting up a storm for probably an hour and half. We talked about everything. He was extremely kind, polite, informative and professional. I learned so much from him that day. I never needed any support, but I had since spoke with him another time, and then a few Emails. Each one has been answered promptly, he was very humble and thankful for my comments. A Complete Class Act. And Most important A GUITARIST! That's why these cables are perfect

Plug it in. Does not tangle as much as lower end cables.

I tested tons of different cables, from Mogami, Monster and Bullet, and found Fulltone to have the most clear, balanced tone. All the other cables were too muddy sounding, or too bright. This was was perfect sound with my Les Paul Junior into an Orange OR120.

I purchase two of these cables, and within a few weeks one of them started cutting out where the cable goes into the metal end. If the cable was hanging straight, it was fine, but if I moved around, it would go silent. I returned it and got another right away.
Second cable, used it at home for a few weeks and I think the cable got bent, because their was a soft area in the cable where it kept wanting to bend. Anyway... it killed it 100%.
I've played cheap cables my whole life, and never had a problem. When I finally decide to buy expensive cables...they both die. I cannot risk having to use these cables for a show, and have them die mid-set, so I'm returning them all to get a refund and will not use their products again, nor will I suggest them. The cables sound amazing, but are very fragile and break too easy.

Fulltone dealer tried to hassle me, saying I needed my proof of purchase to exchange the cables, even though it says NO RECEIPT NEEDED TO EXCHANGE on the package. I had to talk to the owner of the store and argue with him for 5 minutes before he took them back.
The cables do have a lifetime warrenty which is good, but you will waste time always having to return them if they keep breaking, and time is money.

I have four of these cables. They are less than a year old. The signal on three of them cuts out if bent or twisted a little at the straight end. Curiousity got the better of me and I tore one apart. The technology of the jack seems bad to me, flimsy connections. My dealer was ready to exchange all the cables for me but I didn't want to go thru it all again. I really like the cables so I just snipped the ends of and put my own on. Now they sound and work perfectly.

Anytime I've ever contacted Fulltone for support they've always been standup and prompt with me. The bad reputation never came my way.

I'm 45 years old and been playing most of my life. I've been thru alot of gear like everyone else. I own several Fulltone pedals and I feel they are simply the best for me. I wouldn't buy the cables again. If anything more happens to the ones I have I'll buy something else where I don't have to change the ends.

I have two of the Fulltone 15 foot straight to angled cables. I like the angled end because I play an SG (if you play a Les Paul or any "end jack" mounted guitar an angled cable is a must).
The Fulltone cables seem well made. I have Monster and Bayou cables as well. The Monsters are the thickest and tangle the least. I like that a lot. They have been my "go to" cable for years. I also have some Bayou Cables that are great. They use Canare wire and sound excellent. The Canare wire is much thinner than the Monster and tangles more easily (but still not bad).
The Fulltone cables are in betwen the two: not as thick as the Monster, but not as thin as the Canare. So the Fulltone cables don't tangle so easily. Cool. Not as tangle free as the Monsters (which are the best I've tried in that regard), but still better than the thinner wire cables.

Having used the Monster Jazz cables for years for their warm sound, I wanted to try something different. The Bayou's are fantastic (a bit brighter and clearer than the Monster Jazz) and Butch at Bayou Cables bayoucables.com is great and will make you the same cables that Mogami and other manufacturers charge 3x more for. Just a note on that. Check it out.
When I tried the Fulltone cables out, I could not believe the difference in my guitar sound compared to the Monsters. It was night and day. It was like someone took a blanket off the speakers (I know that is cliche, but it really describes it). My guitar was clearer, brighter and LOUDER. Very very noticable. Guitar straight into a clean amp. I A/B'd it quite a few times and was amazed. I called my wife down and asked "do you notice a difference"? She pointed to the Monster and said "that one is much more muffled and lower".
I can honestly say that I have never liked my guitar tone as much as I do now, and the Fulltone cables have a LOT to do with it. Very musical sounding.
It makes sense that it would take a real guitar player (Mike Fuller), with a passion for good sound, to make a cable that perfectly compliments the desireable frequencies of the electric guitar. Many other manufactureres are just that, wire manufacturers. The best signal to noise ratio and other specs don't necessarily equal great tone. I have to take my hat off to Fulltone on this one. Very very well done.

Although the construction seems top notch for the most part, there are some "bumpy" parts in the cable by the jack ends. Sort of looks like the wire is twisted underneath the rubber casing. It sort of put me off at first, but there have been no problems yet.
There is a limited lifetime warranty (don't know what that is worth yet), so we'll see. I take very good care of my cables and wrap them properly, so I hope there are no issues.

I've never dealt with Mike. He has a bad reputation, and I don't know how deserved it is. But I bought the cables for the sound. I'll deal with that if I ever have to.

Overall I love 'em. I just ordered two more. Music Toyz carries them for $32.95 each. Hello. My Monsters were $50 each. For the money it is absolutely a no-brainer as far as I'm concerned. The best bargain and bang for the buck that I am aware of. Amazing.

I have Mogami, Canare, Monster, Proco,GeorgeL,Planet Waves, custom-made...you name it.
This thing has the RIGHT EQ for what I want a guitar to sound like. Good Bass, Great mids with overtones in the hi-mids, good highs. Not screechy like the $100+ crap. Do we really need spikey highs like you get from all the voodoo B.S. cables? Especially when the distortion pedals are on.

Built like a tank, great molded ends that can still be worked on if need be.
Lifetime free replacement. End of story.

$38 for the last cable I will ever buy. Forget the hype-p-matic $100+ cables, and buy yourself some lessons or studio time.
