Right away things get strange. I saw a comparable review that said this is no more than a couple of capacitors in a box. O.K. Go ahead and build one. Replacing my multiplug strip with the Furman changed the tone of my bass. What? I have been a tech for 40 years and resisted trying this stuff because "electricity is electricity" Folks, I don't understand it, but I have so much clarity now that I keep dialing everything back for practice... but on stage this is going to be dynamite! No more leaning in to hear the note...my music! My only concern is that it will be too much change and be too good, too present. Keep dialing back the treble, bass up without the rumble!!! Maybe it'e because I use all high end stuff and this is just the icing on the cake.

I have to say, try one. Most stores and online stores have a liberal return policy. I don't know what this will do for guitars but I have a dramatic change in clarity. Why??? That can naver be bad no matter how strange it seems.
