As the ad says:
"A Merit ?M? Series Power Conditioner is the perfect low-cost AC power solution for any rack mount system".
Plug it in and plug in you amps, wall warts anything else, push the on switch. Could not be easier.
This is a power condationer, has a 15 amp circuit breaker, front on/off switch, 8 rear plugs and 1 front plug.
I do not have a "rack" so it justs sit on the floor.

I play at home as a hobby. The 3 amps I have; Peavay Classic 100, Frontman 25R and Kustom Tube 10 all had a lot of line noise.
The pedal board also picked up line noise.
My probel is that the house is about 50 feet from a light pole with transformer. The bed room with the equipment has a water bed heater, ceiling fan, stereo, TV and lights.
As soon as the equipment was plugged into the M8 all the noise was gone! Clean sound, nothing unwanted.
I had been using a "Hush" pedal but it took away tone.
The M8 is transparent in it's operation. Better that any noise reduction pedal.
Sam Ash is selling these for $39.99.
The best $39.99 I have spent!
