Not too hard to operate, the hold mode took me about a half an hour to figure out. Everything else is pretty much bone-head simple.

It seemed to be pretty quiet(as they claim).
The delay is decent, probably not the best around. For digital though, it seemed to get the job done. The volume pedal works very well.
As for the reverb, I give it a 0, because it has no actual reverb. Calling it a delay/reverb is a total lie on the part of the company. If you set a delay with short time and high repeats it sounds slightly reverbish and that is all this pedal does in the reverb department. For this reason I'm returning it.

It looks sturdy, but other than that I can't comment on this.

Never dealt with the company, but I will say its very hard to find much info about this pedal online, including on the George Dennis website. The manual(one piece of paper) doesn't tell you hardly anything. It's basically the same info on their website with an added list of the name of each mode.

This pedal was a real dissapointment for me because of it not really having reverb. It's going back to the store pronto. It would take a lot of convincing for me to even try another George Dennis effect...

- perfect for pop and rock but also works for other styles requiring "ambience" (e.g. country, jazz)
- been playing for 23 years and only use GD effects now
- if lost, would buy another
- I love the build quality and the pedal sweep effect
- compared to Ibanez DE7 (bad build quality) and Memory Man (noisy)
