Really easy. As stated in the other reviews its the most basic of fx and is self explanatory.

Its got the most smooth and gentle aproach to trem ive found yet. There is no tone suck or noise it just simply works!
I use it in my fx loop on my marshall mode four, put just after an ibanez ph7 and they work together perfectly on gentle clean shimmering sounds but throw in some crunch and it blazes a pulsating sonic onslaught all on the same settings. Nice!
The "symetry" control is a really nice touch and lets you customise your own sound to dail in something personal-all in all a verl well spec'ed pedal.
One thing tho-this is not a square or triangle wave trem just a modifiable sine wave. Not for the stuttering on/off sound but you can do that on your toggle switch depending on your guitar.
I use this pedal in my stage set up with my mode four, a fender strat and two shecters-one C7 and one omen6. I also have a jaguar and a les studio but they are in the hands of my other guitarist at the mo. Oh yeah, and a whole load of boss and digitech nonsense.

Very Simple to use. As noted in another review, the volume pedal is always for volume, just depress forward for trem on and off.

I needed a tremelo for my band and had a hard time finding one with an all around good review. I knew in my head what I wanted but could not seem to find it anywhere. I saw this announced as a news item in Harmony Central and based upon reviews of other products, took a chance. I'm so pleased with this unit. It's a great tremelo pedal with a free volume pedal. (I cannot believe how much I use the volume pedal feature). I think that it works well for a pop-rock sound since its very smooth and even in its delivery.

I don't know for sure, but based upon its solid contruction, I'm betting that its gonna last awhile.

Probably the two easiest effects in the book. Tremolo has standard trem knobs: rate, depth, min volume and also has not-so-standard 'Symmetry' knob, which is basically the shape of the wave (labelled 'shape' on lots of other trems. Volume...well, volume is pretty hard to stuff up.
NOTE: There is confusion about what the expression pedal does. It acts as a volume pedal in both modes. Push it forward and triggering the switch makes the trem effect go on and off, but the expression pedal is always volume. Not parameters for the trem.

Again, both effects are hard to stuff up but it carries them both out with no discernible noise and no tone suck. I have no idea what George Dennis do differently to their pedals but, although they are not true bypass, I cannot detect any tone suck AT ALL. Especially noticable with the Overdrive-Wah pedal (reviewed elsewhere)- I have owned so many wah pedals- even an original 1965 Jen Wah- and they all such tone badly. Good work GD.
I am using: Fender Strats/tele->George Dennis O'drive-Wah->Boss AW-2 autowah->MXR MicroAmp boost->Ibanez Tube Screamer->Boss OD-2 turbo o'drive->Boss BF-2 flanger->Boss CH-1 chorus->Trem/Volume->Ibanez DL-10 delay->Fender Super 210 all-tube combo. It just does everything perfect and complements my tone.

Not particularly keen on the long, pointy knobs out to the side (mine is an old one; new ones have the knobs on top). But everything else is sturdy.

You've got big, money-hungry corporations like Boss and Fender who don't care about customer support once your model stopped being mass produced versus small companies like George Dennis who can't afford luxuries like a good website and who speak a different language. I'd rather GD. But there isn't much available.

We play indie pop/rock and I LOVE tremolo- easily my favourite effect. To find a product that throws in a very good volume pedal for less than anyone else can do a plain trem (or a plain vol!) is truely wonderful. The only complaint I have is that because mine is an old one, it has the LED down the bottom, meaning that if you wear loose/flared jeans like I do, you can't see whether it's on or off. But that's it. Otherwise perfect.
