Ease of Use

Very easy to use. I just plugged it in, turned my system on, and it sounded great. It does not need a manual since all the knobs on it are self explanitory.
Sound Quality

I have the "Quality" knob set to maximum, and the "frequency" knob set to half. Using a Peavey Rage 158 amp, a BOSS Ce-5 chorus, and a BOSS MT-2 Metalzone pedal with it, it sounds amazing. I compared it to Crybaby, Jimi Hendrix, Vox, and Morley wah pedals, and I think this one sounded best. It does not use a potentomizer (it uses optical controls), so there is no dust or crackling.
Reliability
:
No Opinion
Since I have only had this pedal for a day at the time I wrote this, I can't really say if it's reliable or not.

I have never dealt with the company, but the dealer I bought it from was very helpfull.

I play a lot of heavy metal music - the pedal is perfect for that. The only complaint I have about it is the colour - it's pink. But that can be fixed with some paint ;)
