Goudie FX G-Drive

The G-Drive is super easy to get a good sound out of. In fact, not really a bad sound in this box...very easy with three knobs. Tone control works very well straight up and all the gain is usable - even all the way up!

One of the best sounding pedals I've ever used - very tasty overdrive! Played Tim, Analogman, Menatone...the list could go on and on...and the G-Drive is right at the top. Using it through a vintage Fender Twin with an Ibanez RS1300 (SD Seth Lover in bridge and Phat Cat in neck). Very versitale pedal and will do everything from lighter overdrive to a heavier Marshall kind of sound. Really impressed with this pedal!!!

Very solid design and no worries about failure or problems.

Wrote to Russell Goudie about my positive impressions of the pedal and got an email back right away. I have no doubt he stands behind his pedals.

I don't usually "gush" over a pedal, but the G-Drive is just a great value. For the price, there are very few pedals that could compare. Maybe stuff from CMATMODS is as good a value, but really pleased with the G-Drive...definitely a keeper! Also have the GoudieFX delay which is also one of the best delay pedals out there. I literally have nothing negative to say about the pedal at all - check out the GoudieFX stuff yourself!

This is a simply great Overdrive unit with a rich tone.
It's very easy to use. You don't need a manual at all.
I give this 10 because I don't have anything to do the remark.

This is where the pedal shines.
It's one of the best Overdrive units I have.
The tone is very rich and full.
It does not change the tone of your guitar even you set it at a very high output but it does add something to your tone.
Great sustaine and very smooth. I'm sure you would love it as much as I do.

My friend, as long as you don't throw it out away from a Bullet train and use it on the right way then it would last for long.

You do not need any backup but you need battery backup because you never know when it run out of power.

Russell Goudie is the man.
He is very fraindly and helpful.
I'm sure he stays behind his products.
I never worry about it at all.

I love this pedal and I can not live without it.
It's a big part of my tone.
If it were stolen, I would buy a new one.
I don't compare this pedal to other because I think every pedals are good in their own way.

One big thing that I like Goudie pedals is the price is reasonable.
You get good pedals at a good price. Russell Goudie is the man!

A real jewel of a pedal!! Easy to work with and VERY SMOOOOOTH and RESPONSIVE!! Extremely user friendly and works very well with all of my vintage Fender amps. Worked very well in a Marshall 100 watt stack as well. The controls actually work!So dialing in a sweet sound or a raucous one, this one works!!! Les Paul or Strat sounds great with this pedal also. Killer!! SLIDE TONES!!!
