Ease of Use

The interface is designed very well. If you are not a master with effects, it can be a bit difficult to work with. I HIGHLY recommend reading the help file all the way through. That helps you figure out how to set things up to your taste.
Sound Quality

It isn't the best sound quality I have ever heard, but then again I don't use the best sound card either. When I plug into my mic input I get a lot of extra noise, but this is controlled by plugging into the Line In. The distortion can be a bit harsh if you don't take your time with the EQ and other settings, but in general it is pretty good. Oh, and incase you are curious I use a Jackson WRMG.
Reliability
:
No Opinion
The demo only works for 4 mins. at a time, and it would be pretty difficult to haul my whole PC with me to a gig, so I doubt I could judge on it's reliability in a live setting.

I play mostly southern metal (think Pantera) and I can get away with using this for it. It is more of a toy to practice with, than to use live or record with. I suppose if I ever stumbled "The Tone" while using it, I would go out and get a laptop and load this thing onto it. Then I might carry it with me to gigs. I wouldn't put any high expectations on it. As I said, it is mostly a practice toy.
