guyatone driving box
lvl, sustain, 2 knob, cute, lime-green-ish.
made 1980, free found in a studio I worked at in Jpn
hell of a boost, very loud
long sustain, decen,t very sucky
i read on the Jpn net its very similar to the old script dyna comps.
Mine was beat to hell , knobs chipped, paint scratched off and it still barked fire.
If I had to recommend a decent comp with vibe, it would be this one.
Dont knock Guyatone, they have/have had some well engineered stuff. I had the rolly box and maybe 5 others from back in the day and each one was a winner.
