I bought mine on Flee-Bay not long ago and it was broken upon arrival! Soooooo....here's where the story begins. Hooked this baby up and to my horror it sounded terrible. Very Sputtery, and well just sick! (Not in a good way LOL!) I played around with it for an hour or so hoping that by some miracle I could get it to sound like a Fuzz Face. Finally gave up and threw it in a drawer. A few weeks pass and I decide to contact Hartman and see what could be done. E-mailed them and got a response from Theo right away. He Imm. called me personally and said to send it in and he'd have a look. I send it in and A few day's pass and he calls back stating that one tranny had went bad and he'd replace it @ NO CHARGE! Can't argue with that right??? So to end this long story I get it back within a few more day's and it ROCKS!!! Great pedal! GREAT SERVICE! AND ONE INCREDIBLE STAND UP GUY!!! Thank you Theo, your the BEST!!!

I have been playing 30 plus years now, have went through MANY FUZZ pedals,etc...This one stands proud! If it were lost I would just order one straight from Hartman, (should have done that to begin with). Also once again I would just like to repete Hartman has the BEST SERVICE I have EVER encountered bar none!
