Ease of Use : 10
3 knobs - Depth, Speed and Width. Its very easy to get a great sound right out of the box.

Sound Quality : 7
Well heres the real problem. The actual sound of the pedal is awesome!! One of the best analog chorus sounds out there. If youre planing to use this at home or in a studio for recoding i would recommend this pedal to anyone.

And heres the issue... there is an unacceptably loud clicking/ popping noise that happens when you engage/ disengage the pedal. If your like me and you mostly use chorus for clean channel parts then prepare youself for some very loud popping! And if you run the chorus before your delay...prepare for multiple pops!

This was too much for me and i took the pedal back for a refund. It lists for 189.00 before tax. In my opinion for that much money they shouldnt be selling pedals with issues like this.

Oh, and i also checked another of the same pedal when i took it back to the music store and that one was doing the same thing. Im still giving the pedal a 7 in sound quality because when its on it sounds awesome.

Reliability : No Opinion
Had to take it back so...

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never contacted them...

Overall Rating : 7
I have to give this a 7 overall. The sounds quality is the bomb but the popping when engaged/disengaged is no good at all.
