It??s sounds nice on some things and not so nice on other things. Just try it out and you will see how fun it is to play with the time and feedback at the same time. Very nice to mix the signal two ways if your?? using it like a guitar-effekt live, because it??s not very much you can hear over 8kHz. I using it to do nice fx stuff mith my reggae-band. Also nice on womans vocal..

Many knobs but all very intuitive and controls are very accurate. Not difficult if you know how delay works on your sound.

This one is the best delay i've tested short of my Roland RE-150 Space Echo (no match at all with any no-tape delay).
I've modified the delay time by the internal trim pot (you can find two, one wich fine adjust the maximum delay time, one for the minimun). I've set the max delay time up to the maximum possible. In a review of the Ibanez AD-9 someone said the max delay time with this mod is 500 ms. I've got a Memory Man wich is supposed to have 550 ms, and after my mod i compared them each other. I think now the ibanez is about 1000 ms.
Quality loss? Not so much. This delay is wonderful, very very warm, at his factory setting (300 ms) and the sound is not sensible worst at 1000 ms. It seem to me that is more easy to saturate and distort on the sound peeks than before, but just turn a bit down the output level on the effect you've linked before in your chain and all is fine.
Even the modulation feature is very nice and sound more natural than the default, not controllable one on the Memory Man.

It's not so much i own this one, and never gigged. It seems to be solid, i would use it on a gig without a backup not less than other (more modern) pedals i own.

I think that's great, unless it's table top and may be a little annoying to carry on gigs. Great, solid sound, personalization capabilities and solid chassis.
