Who needs a explanation about a pedal with 7 sliders? Really nice way to work. Easy to use.

Sound Quality : 9
I'm using this little thing with a Peavey Milestone IV to a 12" Laney R2. I use this pedal to enrich amp's tones (this amp is GREAT, but everyone wants a little more...).

Absolutely not noisy, not changes bass tone (I love it, my old DOD FX 42B does...). You can heard how it changes your EQ really.

Very versatile EQ, you can change the shape, like Jaco or "some funkier thing".

Reliability : 9
I use all my pedals without a backup. It boosts my sound, gives me more freedom when I'm playing with amp are not mine.

It's made in Japan... When Japanese companies made bad pedals? It's a pedal made for eternity... I never had a complaint.

I play metal mainly, but I like play with touches from funk & jazz. I play since 13 years or so. I use this pedal with a Boss LMB 2. Both gives me a rich sound, boost the signal and a nice touch of attack & groove.

If I lost my BE 10, I would get it again. I think it should be hard, because Ibanez discontinued this pedal since 1998. I love all from this pedal. NOT CHANGES BASS TONE (all EQ's does...). I like to use as "mid reinforcement" when I'm not playing with my amps.

I compare this to DOD FX 42B (my first pedal), it's a little noisy EQ, and changes signal tones. I choose this pedal because I can get all sounds I want.

No one pedal helps you to make music. Just gives you the sound you need. This exactly it does. Great option for beginners & semi pro players who wants a nice equalization without spendind a lot of money or time.

This is a standard 7 band eq slider-style with a level slider and a regular footswitch. the design is like a tweaked 80's cyberpunk version of a boss shell, with a strange pop open switch with a plastic tab on the side to release it. Easy to access the battery with this nice little method. input/output jacks and 9v connection port located on back of pedal and a red led on top for on/off notification. easy as pie! Price on box: $110 - price i paid - 15$ with a random cutec flanger pedal included.

Sound Quality : 8
i've only tested it on a 15w peavey rage combo thus far, but it was clean sounding even on, had no tone change whatsoever at 0 settings with all sliders. will post more detailed review with my behringer 300w head and 15" cab later.

Reliability : 8
it looks solid and i'll try it at the gig tonight.

i play anything and everything, been playing 15 years, own too much gear to properly list, i would get another one of these because they're so dirt cheap, i love the cheap factor, i have no comparisons, i got it because it was cheap, i wish it had built in everything else in the world, it helps me make music, i'd like to stop answering all the questions they list now.

This pedal EQ is easy to use, similar to any graphic EQ.

Sound Quality : 9
I use this on electric guitar (Washburn USA Les Paul style) to add sparkel and refine the tone. I don't use it on bass (I am mainly a bass player and prefer not to EQ my bass anyway). With the levels flat I hear NO change in the original guitar sound (that's good), no noise or boost/cut anywhere. With any pedal you'll need to see where it fits into you pedal order. After trial and error (about 1 hour), I've placed in this order, Whirlwind A/B/Y switch, A chain, DIGITec RP300 (usually in bypass), Ibanez TS-7 (on TS9 mode), IBANEZ BASS BE-10, into Silverton 1484 Twin-Twelve 50 Watt, class A Tube amp. On Channel B (my lead/heavy distorsion Ch) of the swithc box, I just have a Ibanez SmashBox SM7. I set the BE-10 EZ to boost the 5k/presence, scope the mids a bit and roll bass a little at 63hz, and alos boost overall level by 7db. This pedal can tylor your sound to how you want it, my amp just has a bass/treb cut, that's all! So I use this as my EQ section of my rythm sound. I find that the SM7 SmashBox has great EQ section and doesn't need extra EQ.

Got this off Ebay for a steal, keep your eye out for one. It's at least as good and probably better than anything new under $100. I can't find any problems with it.

Easy. Sliders, add or subtract frequency ranges. Also an overall level/output boost.

Sound Quality : 9
Actually pretty darn clean. No real hiss to speak of, and it does what it's supposed to do. I used it with a Jazz Bass and Eden head/cab to get a boost on heavier songs, and for solo breaks to bring my level up and get a more mid-lifted sound.

Reliability : 8
Solid as heck. The Bass Chorus of the same series I had was suffering from a bad switch, but it was a lot rougher condition than the other 2 in the series of mine. The tips of the sliders like to come off though. Just like the Boss GE-7...

Neat pedal. Dirt cheap, and solid. Did what I wanted, and performed admirably.
