Fender Strat Ritchie Blackmore Clone with EMG Pickups in neck and bridge. SPC Midrange Boost Kit. Using Peavey Duel 212 Classic Tube Series. 120 Watt. Just wanted a little bit of echo/delay without having to be a rocket scientist to set it up. It sounds good. After buying several different effects in the past 2 weeks and not being happy with any of them, it says something that I am keeping this pedal, because I am very picky. If I had the money I would buy whatever the top of the line effects are.

Cannot rate this category yet.I just bought the pedal today. It is made of plastic but I dont plan on using them as stompboxes on the floor. I am using them through the effects loop of the amp and have these pedals velcroed to the top of the amp. I would assume that these pedals will last a very long time with the way I am going to use them.

I am just learning the guitar. I play bass in the band I am in.I like Rock/Metal/Blues. This pedal works fine for me.I would buy this pedal again. The price is great. Only problem is it is plastic. The effects sound good. Compared it to a lot of products. Alesis Nanoverb.Electroharmonix Memory Man,Korg 411SFX(total piece of crap)I chose this pedal because of the price and the sound. I wish the power supply was included. It helps my sound. I am happy with this pedal. I also bought the Ibanez Super Chorus and will also buy other Ibanez pedals. I am happy with their products.

I find this an easy little piece of machinery. No problems at all with it. It was a real treasure to find! I bought it used sans booklet or box.

I play rhythm and second lead in our band, and find this unit to be a real prize. My budget (and income from gigging!) doesn't justify an over-the-top delay pedal, but I found this at a very low price. I use it about 3 to 4 times during a gig. It is a little noisy, but I think that should be expected with the plastic housing. And I don't do anything in the realm of an Albert Lee: if you tried, I think you would find an annoying "pop" here and there for reasons unknown to me. It is perfect for adding a little delay for a bigger sound, a richer tone, and a richer vibe when playing a slow blues number or varying a rhythm part during a jam. I play strats (modified with P90s and Muy Grandes) and Fender tube amps (Super reverb, vibrolux, or deluxe, depending on the club size).

This soundtank has never broken down with me. I use it without a backup, but I also keep it in a pedal case for storage and transport. I also used it in the studio and it performed well there. I know the plastic housing is suspect, but until I make the big bucks with my music, this one is sufficient.

This is good fit for the music I play and for my band. It is the 4th effect in my chain, and it holds up well with the Boss Blues Driver and the Soundtank Tubescreamer. I don't find any use for it with a chorus engaged, however (*g*). I would replace it if it died on me, or I might try an upgrade. For someone with little experience with a delay unit, this is a great one to begin with. It is a fantastic value, in this context. If you gigged often in larger clubs, wanted a truer rockabilly sound for leads, and/or had extensive studio work, you would want a better, high-end delay unit.

There is one foot pedal for switching on and off. There are three knobs controlling (a) delay volume (b) delay repeats (c) delay time. A short manual comes with the pedal. It is easy to understand - in fact the pedal is easy to use even without manual. There is one 9 V battery which is very easy to change, and you can connect an external voltage supply if you want.

I use the pedal for playing electric mandolin in a country music band. It makes no noise at all. The delay effects can be varied within a broad range. I only use a very small part of all the possible settings. I have the signal go into a Peavey mixer onto which an Alesis hall effect is connected and everything amplified with a Crown power amplifier. We use Solton loudspeakers. I can make the sound of bluegrass mandolin, a sound like (very high notes of) stratocaster guitar and also, if I want, play Greek and Turk melodies to sound clean and clear.

The pedal looks very solid to me. I didn't have it for long. I use it without a backup.

For country music, pop music, oldies and dance music this pedal is very usable. If I were to buy another delay unit I would think about this one again. Honestly, I think every solo instrument should have a delay unit of some kind. And this one is not bad.

This pedal is great. It is so easy to use. Every knob is easy to figure out if you don't like reading manuals. easiest thing to use.

It is the best sounding delay pedal I've used. And there is a good difference on the effect between pots. And it sounds great with my other effects. I especially love it with a clean flange.

Yes. I have 4 soundtanks and they all have kept up with me. They've been dropped, and kicked at parties, and still sound the same.

I would buy it again in an instant. I've played a digitech delay type of pedal, and it was very complicated and did not have all of the capable settings this had. And it definately helped write some of the songs in my band. This one's a keeper.
