Ease of Use : 9
Simple to use once you've set your levels (which takes very little time).

Sound Quality : 7
The usual 'toilet flushing' reverb at the bottom end but nice and clean at higher delay times.

Reliability : 10
I've used it on stage and in the studio for over 10 years. It's solid and dependable.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I've never had to get customer support.

Overall Rating : 8
Strong, reliable and simple. Not the best sounding delay around but what do expect for the bucks!

Ease of Use : 9
Very easy 'nobby' rack unit. Does what it says on the tin to fine if very crusty effect.

Sound Quality : 9
Sounds great for my dub-reggae big regen delays. Just feed it back on itself through a mixer and hear it come alive. You'll need to do this through the inverse output tho'

Reliability : 9
Gigged, studiod and ropped many times. Very strong

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 9
It's great for lo-fi crusty dub mono delays. I used it above flashy TC + Lexicon stuff because it's got nobs on the front and a great raw sound

There are plenty of controls to screw around with, and it's really easy to get a good sound out of it. If there's a manual for it, I don't have it, and don't need it. the delay and modulation both kick ass. The hold button makes everything perfect.

Sound Quality : 8
I run my Fender Stratocaster through a couple of distortions, a Crybaby, into the DM-1000, and out to a Marshall solid-state and a Peavey Classic 50 VT (with the killer phaser). It has some volume cut that sucks, but other than that, it's great.

Reliability : No Opinion
I've had it for about a month, so I wouldn't know.

Customer Support : 9
Don't know, but Ibanez is a good company in general.

Overall Rating : 9
I play blues-metal (some mix, huh?) and it covers all my delay needs. Other than the fact that I need the footswitch, it's great. I love this delay, though I can't ping-pong.

Ease of Use : 9
very easy to use and figure out .....the reason i give a 9 is because you can get amazing sounds out of it .....but only if you work it with style .

Sound Quality : 7
the sound is pretty basic ....but if you use other effects in the line with it ....it can make your sound very dirty and robotic .....i love this machine ....it has a hold button .....and a bypass effect button .....these both come in very handy . and also there are footswitch inputs on the back to control both of these ... you can have fun when recording in real-time . make badass loops with the hold button .

Reliability : 7
metal casing ....pretty reliable but it's not a tank .

Customer Support : No Opinion
??

Overall Rating : 8
i would buy it again for my studio projects ....but it's not suited for live performance unless you use it as a boring delay processor .
