Ease of Use : 9
Much easier than a plain vanilla Metalzone. Editing is easy, it's only knobs.

Sound Quality : 10
This is the Bogner/Diezel mod, and it has done exactly what I wanted. The shrill top end and nasal mid frequencies are gone: in their place is a much juicier, wider midrange and low end thump. I was able to A/B this: Jackson Professional-stock MT2-modded MT2-TSL100, and the difference was demonstrably a vast improvement, no loss of tone or volume, no hiss when off. I'll probably keep this pedal now.

Reliability : 10
This pedal was in the case with my first guitar. It's a Boss, and nearly 20 years old when it came to me. If the mods fail I can solder. As for backup, I'm building the OLC Slow Century for a different flavour of distortion.

Customer Support : 10
Brian has been very helpful when I had any questions.

Overall Rating : 9
If I lost this I'd be hacked off, mainly because I've put some effort into making a nasty sounding distortion sound good. Then I'd buy another off Ebay cheap and do it again.
