Ease of Use : 2
It is pretty easy to use you just plug your effects through it and then you can make them go kind of crazy. You have to use the right pedals to make the right sort of sounds. A lot of pedals don't fo anything though.

Sound Quality : 4
The sounds that come out of this unit are o.k. It gets some wicked bad feedback most of the time and it is not nearly as crazy as the Death by Audio Total Sonic Annihilation. That is a much better pedal with better range and knob controllability.

Reliability : 10
Seems pretty dog gone sturdy. I don't think you would ever have to wory about this thing coming apart!

Customer Support : No Opinion
Not sure. Never talked with them.

Overall Rating : No Opinion
It is pretty good but as I said earlier I would get a Death By Audio TSA instead. I hear that Effector 13 makes a similar pedal too but I have heard some horror stories about the effects from them.
