This pedal covers pretty much everything in terms of filter sounds. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to reverse the envelope filter direction like on a Q-Tron.
Once you figure out how all of the knobs interract with each other it is very easy to use and set up different sounds. You can even combine effects together, for example the auto wah and filter wah modes. You get the touch sensitive filter wah, then if you hold a note, it slowly trails off and you hear the oscillating auto wah in the trail. Really nice effect.

I also own a Teese Wizard Wah, and I've gotta say, as much as I like the Trinity, I still prefer the Wizard for pedal wah sounds. I find that the sweep is much smoother and unlike the Trinity, there is no midrange "bump" halfway through the sweep. The dome controller is quite interesting, but in terms of use I still prefer the old pedal style, mostly likely because I'm just used to it. Full props to Jacques for doing something innovative though, I'd still reccomend trying it out as it's really about personal preference, and you might love it.
I actually bought this pedal in the hopes of replacing the Wizard and hence freeing up some space on my Pedaltrain Jr which is crowded to the max. It's not going to replace it unfortunately.
The auto wah and envelope filter modes are excellent, so I'll be using this pedal for those sounds. The manual wah is also very handy should I decide to spontaneously break out into "Money For Nothing" in the middle of a set, much to the dismay of my fellow band members. It really nails that tone spot on.

It seems quite solid. If I use a pedal frequently, it goes on my Pedaltrain, which keeps things nice and safe. I'd love to put it on the board, but there's just no space!
The switch is quite interesting too. It's not actually a switch like a boss pedal. It doesn't have any travel. It's more like a big button like on a computer mouse or something. Doesn't seem quite as solid but i don't mind, since i take care of my gear.

Given that they're a small company, they should be pretty good, i'm generalising based on my experience with small companies. It's really in their best interests to provide good support so they generally do.
On a related note, I bought this pedal from Guitareffectspedals.com (presumably also a fairly small company) and their service was excellent. I was surprised how quickly it arrived since i live in Australia.

Good pedal, I'll be hanging on to it and using it.
I was actually going to get the new XO Q-tron+, or the new Mutron III+, but decided on this because of the extra auto wah sound and the fact that it's about a third the size. As I said i wish it had a filter sweep direction control, since i would definitely use it. I play commercial funk/rock/electronica music, and this pedal gives some good sounds to throw into the mix. I'm also using a 62 Custom Telecaster with a Teese Wizard, MXR Phase 90, MI Audio Tube Zone and Blue Boy, Boss DD-20 and a 78 Fender Deluxe Reverb. It works for me. I might also see about using this with keyboards on the odd occaision that i actually play them.

This pedal is designed to be three different effects in one, but it's only four knobs and a foot controler and it's very intuitive to use and pretty easy to get a good sound if you understand how each knob functions.
The three effects this pedal handles are a standard wah pedal, an auto-wah, and a filter pedal. It's slightly smaller than a boss sized pedal and it comes with a dome shaped foot controler that plugs into the side of the pedal next to the input jack. When you press down on the dome it acts like rocking a wah pedal forward and taking pressure off is like rocking a wah pedal backward. It is very responsive and smooth and usable as a standard wah. The manual knob sets the frequency where the wah sweep starts, making it easy to get a fixed position wah effect if you want. The sensitivity knob is where the auto-wah effects come from. The rate and depth knobs are where you can adjust an automatic filter sweep sound. These two knobs combined with the manual knob can give you some phaser type sounds and can be set to sound pretty extreme. The manual foot dome interacts with all settings giving you some options not available on a normal filter pedal.

This pedal sounds fantastic.
I've used it as a normal wah for guitar and it sounds as good or better than a cry-baby, or a bad horsie wah. The only complaint when using as a normal wah is that you have to stomp the pedal to turn it on and off and then move your foot to the controler. This means when you turn the wah on and off, your sound starts at the lowest part of the wah sweep which is different from a standard wah and takes some getting used to. The great sound quality makes up for this in my opinion and the foot controler is really very expressive and easy to use for any wah effect you usually do on a rocker pedal.
The filter sweep sounds great, but is a pretty intense sounding effect. It's not super subtle unless the depth knob is almost all the way off. I like setting the rate super slow and I can get the effect of slowly rocking the wah back and forth without having to do anything.
The auto-wah is very responsive and very useable for guitar but sounds ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with a bass! Bass players should definitely check this pedal out.

Jacques pedals seem very sturdy to me. I don't think reliability will be much of an issue.

I'm deducting one point for the hassle of the wah sound being at the lowest point when switching on and off because it can make your guitar sound jump a lot when engaging and disengaging. This pedal sounds fantastic, the dome foot controler is really an improvement over a rocker style wah, and it's way more flexible than a standard wah pedal. The sound is very smooth and over all I'm very happy with the purchase. Also, the thing fits so easily on a pedal board where a normal wah pedal is a space hog. In my opinion this pedal is worth the high price tag.

On one level it's a very easy pedal to get a great sound from, on the other hand, there are tons of sounds you can get with this, so since there are a lot of options - it makes the learning curve a bit higher than a one-knob type pedal. Plus, the knobs seem to react to one another, like most auto-wahs.
The dome shaped wah attachment thing is really, really cool, and works really well. It's small and light and fits most places a full-sized wah cry baby type pedal wont go. I also love the footswitch, very smooth...

I play through a fender deluxe strat into the trinity into a pulsar into fulldrive into a rat pedal into a DLS echo-tap into a fender deluxe reverb. The trinity sounds amazing - the smooths are smooths and the biting wah parts are biting without being harsh. I've owned a crybaby and a vox wah and a fulltone clyde and this sounds just as good if not better than all of those. There are several knobs, a speed knob, a sensitivity knob, a depth knob, and a manual knob. Each of these interacts with each other one, but no matter where you set them the pedal sounds awesome. I just love this pedal! It can be a subtle and it can be extreme. what really sets this pedal apart as well, is the speed knob. Using this you can get some quasi-trem-phaser sounds. I like putting the speed on super slow and turning on the rat pedal and getting this neat swelling fuzz thing - dude!!

I play everything from surf to classic rock to indie stuff. This is my new favorite pedal. it's a bit pricey, but it's totally worth it, IMHO, since it's a pedal I will always own. Makes me want to check out other Jacques pedals. If this thing were stolen I would hunt the mutha down and subject them to a pain lashing by playing some ashlee simpson at them full blast...Overall, I have never really thought that an autowah could be as versatile as this. I like the fact that it can be either an autowah or a regular wah using the super cool dome pedal. go get one!
