This is a tuner so just plug in and go. When you switch on it enters calibration mode which you have to manually deselect - this can be a pain as many of our gigs are in halls with limiters which cut the power when you play too loud and so you have to reinitialise the tuner each time this cuts in.

because the impedance of the inputs is not specifically matched to guitar pickups (i.e. it is not very high - 0.5 MegaOhm or greater) you have to be careful of treble loss with the rest of your setup.

I bought this secondhand so it has been going for some years before I had it and I have no reason to believe this will change.

The tuner is reliable, accurate and easy to use. The input design also allows for 4 separate instruments to be plugged in with complete separation - this allows me to have a range of guitars plugged in so I can pick up the one I want and just play, This mixer has no additional controls so is not flexible - but very useful
