Ease of Use

This is a stereo mixing pick-up/microphone system with an onboard control panel for tayloring of the sound. The panel is set up logically and allows for easy changes. It has a low/mid/high slider controls, phase in/out switch, pick-up only/mic & pick-up mixed switch. When the switch is set to mic & pickup you have a knob that controls how much mic to pick-up percentage is included in the mix. There is also a volume control knob and an on/off switch. The on/off switch has been very useful to me since I do not need to unplug the guitar to deactivate the pick-up system and save my battery life.
Sound Quality

The sound quality has always been great. I have run it into a board via DI Box and through an amp. I have had to adjust the low end quite a bit when I run it through my Zoom 504 acoustic pedal, but I think the 504 boosts that frequency. I have always been able to get a "living room" sound however I have it run.

I play worship music in a contemporary worship team at church. I have been playing over 25 years in total. I can't find anything I would really wnat changed -- maybe an itegrated tuner like some of the newer digital preamps, but I wouldn't sacrifice the warm tone for a mechanized one. Again, my favorite feature is the on/off switch. A life savor for when the board tech isn't paying attention.
