Easy as pie to use. you can use oit thru the front or back door i.e loop it. dont need a mnaual but came with an instruction sheet or something didnt even need it so i wasnt focusding ot that.

Sound Quality : 10
SOunds like a spring reverb what elese can I say. Not fake just spring reverb as little or as much as you want. I run thru a one off Lee javkson dewigned non invasive tube buffered effects loop that is in my 1981 Marshall JCM800 2203 mint condiktion head .the loop is affioxed to the side of the isinside of the amp. if your looking inside the amp its on the left affixed with glue to the side. NO DRILLING .in/out on /off operation and parallel or series function. i usedthe serial function ran the input and output as needed ans it was as easy as that. I also use a n Viwual H20 delay.choerus thru the same loop next to the verb and use both or one for which option im needing at the time. both units sounds wonderful. aminly for soloing with the reverb rhtyhm or lead

Reliability : 10
very reliable so far.

its just sayswhat it is nothing more mothing less. very impressed again. The loop Mr lee and i built to together. rather he built and i supplied the outime came out phenominal and i had so many people ask me where it had been dopne which I immediately toldf them lee. He charged lvery little for the loop I dont think realizing the time it would take to build it and install it. I do know he still offers the standared drilling dtyle loop. BUt on a mint 1981 JVM800 2203 i refused to drill on anything . We used one tiny grommet going thru the toip of the board which was a pre fab from Marshall that was half drilled thru for other options the JCM800 could offer at the time. he alsop porotected it with a mesh surroundingf .WPOnderful MR Lee you did it again. Mr springgy is for me. IOm of to buy a half downe 100% NOS Jan Phillips 12ax7WAs take care

Ease of Use : 10
Plug in, turn on, adjust the one knob for the amount of reverb you want. Couldn't be easier.

Sound Quality : 10
I have compared it thru old fender amps that my buddy has. Sounds exactly like a vintage fender reverb and better than the reverb on the Super Reverb I played it thru.
Pedal is extremely quit.

Reliability : 10
Built very well with high quality parts.

Customer Support : 10
I have messaged Mr. Jackson about several topics including my LJ Katadistortion(awesome) and my LJ designed Ampeg VL-1001. He is always prompt in returning my emails and very thorough when answering questions. The guy is a tone guru and a people person.

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing classic rock, hard rock, metal, and my own stuff for 17 years. I like a little reverb in my tone and this thing is perfect. It's like adding a spring reverb tank to my amp, only in pedal form, and without the crashing sound you get from actual springs getting bumped. There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about this pedal or any of Mr. Jackson's products I've owned or heard. I got serial#9 and my Kata is #2.

Ease of Use : 10
How easy is it to use? It's got one knob!!!!!!!! It's the easiest pedal I've ever used. The only thing is figuring out the dual inputs.

Sound Quality : 10
I bought this because I recently got a DR Z Maz 18, no reverb head. Being basically a Fender guy, I miss the reverb, and ran across Lee Jackson's stuff cruising eBay. I play a Strat mostly, sometimes a Hamer Artist. This thing adds reverb that sounds virtually identical to a built in Fender reverb, or a Fender reverb unit. I am in total agreement with the other reviewers here. The only choice you have to make is how much verb do you want. It sounds great with a little, and great with a lot. Does not color your basic tone.

Reliability : 10
Seems to be built like a tank, but I just got it. I can't imagine it breaking down. Not for what it costs, it's expensive.

Customer Support : No Opinion
No clue. I only know they shipped it right away. I bought it from Jackson, but via eBay.

Overall Rating : No Opinion
Been gigging for 40 years! Still going strong. Part-time, but average once a week. I am bowled over by this pedal. I have only owned one reverb pedal, a Boss. There is no comparison. I want to try some more Lee Jackson pedals, but they are really expensive. This seems to be the cheapest one he makes. It's a winner.

Dumb Simple, Plug the cables in and out and turn 1 knob until you hear what you like.

Sound Quality : 10
Sounds just like a Fender outboard Tube Reverb unit in a box or at least as close as you can get. Just awesome!

Reliability : 10
Seems very well built by someone who put a lot of research into it. As long as you don't abuse it I can't see it failing.

Customer Support : 10
Emailed a couple of questions and got quick and thorough explanations. Very good for sure!

Overall Rating : 10
I don't usually give glowing reviews in every category but when it deserves it then it should have it. I've owned some great Reverb pedals. Holy Grail (not too bad for live but the Tail is so fake sounding and the noise is just too bad)T-Rex Room Mate(Very nice sounding but not very amplike and just to expensive) and Tech 21 RVB Boost Reverb (this is my second favorite but also a little noisy) If your a tweaker you may not dig the 1 knob simplicity of the Mr. Springgy but if you crave the best verb sound in a box then look no further because it's right here in the Mr. Springgy.

Very easy to use, one knob to bring in the reverb, one footswitch to turn it on or off and an LED to let you know it's on. All things in life should be so simple. . .

Sound Quality : 10
I have it running on my SKB PS-55 Pedal board, it's the last effect on my chain. In my opinion it sounds dead on (maybe even better) like the reverb in an early Fender amp. I can't hear any noise from this pedal at all, but I"m still fiddling around with my amp settings and other effect settings. Although I don't forsee any problems.

Reliability : 10
I just purchased it not too long ago, but the box is built incredibly well.

Customer Support : 10
Don't second guess Lee Jackson, he's there for you when you need him.

Overall Rating : 10
I play the blues, late 60's rock till the present, for probably over 20 years (it gets a little bleary after a while) because of the music I play I haven't used a lot of effects in the past and only recently have begun to dabble with some of the more basic effects out there. I keep a very close watch on my gear, but if it were to mysteriously dissappear I would definitly contact Lee for another, it's that good in my opinion. Keep up the good work Lee.

One knob and a on/off button. It doesn't get easier than that. Simply turn the knob to increase the reverb effect.

If your looking to add reverb to a amp which did not have one built in (i have a Marshall 1962 'Bluesbreaker') it is all you really need.

Sound Quality : 10
This box produces a excellent reverb effect through my tube Marshall, it is just what im looking for to create a slight ambience to my sound. How well it emulates a proper reverb tank or the Fender Reverb amps is debatable but the bottom line is that it produces a very nice reverb to your tone. I would highly recommend this over other reverb pedals easily.

Reliability : No Opinion
Well it looks solid enough, and dealing with small time effects builders generally means that it is constructed with a high degree of care.

However i have not used it long enough to judge it properly.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Haven't had to deal with them yet so no comment on that.

Overall Rating : 10
I had a little practice amp which had a reverb on it and when i upgraded to a vintage tube amp (minus features id grown used to like a headphone input, 'cd' input and a reverb effect) i began searching for a reverb pedal. I came across this one on the internet, read some reviews and took a risk and bought it through Ebay(i usually like to try things out in shops).

I mainly play blues and old rock so i don't really to much on effects. I got this pedal to add depth to a simple clean sound and it excels at doing so. Even when the amp is turn to 10 and that famous Marshall crunch kicks in this pedal continues to sound great without altering the signal at all.

I am very happy with this pedal and if it was stolen i would definately buy another one. If your looking to add a simple classic reverb sound to your tone i would higly recommend this one.

My set up Custom Shop LP- Mr Springy- Bruno UG30
No noise, does not color my sound!!
This a direct replacement for a spring tank. If you are looking for reverb that sounds like it came built in your amp, this is it. All of the other pedals sound digital.

Still new, Lee has a great reputation.

I play classic and original rock. Been playing for 35 years and have shopped extensively for a reverb pedal. This pedal is new and did not have many reviews, so I felt like I was taking a chance.Tomy suprise, this is without question the best reverb pedal on the market. TRex,ETC... are all good. Save yourself $200.00 and get the best.

Ease of use....one knob! One knob to mix in a perfectly tweaked unit...simple is a good thing! Two outs that can feed two amps...one dry and one with reverb. You can also patch a stereo cord into the "mix" jack. Nice cool blue LED.
There is a trim pot inside that one can add more or less effect...I like the way it is set now and won't be moving it!
I love simple things that really work...10.

Sound Quality : 10
Mr Jackson has done it! The Mr Springgy pedal is spot on for that lush blackface reverb we all love. I tested it in front of a few amps (blackface bandmaster ,champ and a Carlsbro 50 top)...all sounded like an authentic fender rev circuit was a part of the amp....truely amazing!
I totally agree with the first reviewer in all regards and it is "a must have".
Unit is dead silent with no volume drop or boost...right where you want it!
This thing sounds right and it feels right!
Your ears will be challanged to hear the difference between the pedal and the real thing....I kid you not...it nails it to the tee!
Must hear...must have!

Reliability : No Opinion
Only have had it for a couple days...I was very impressed with the build quality...and see no concerns.

Can not comment at this time as this is my first Lee Jackson product. He has been doing this for a long time though!

Overall Rating : 10
This thing flat out does what Lee claims....sounds just like a blackface reverb!
Go to his web site and you can hear the comparison samples...Mr Springgy and a deluxe reverb. It's the real deal and the price is more than fair!

I just obtained one of Lee Jackson's newly released Me. Springgy pedals and all I can say is HOLY @#$%^&! It's true Leo Fender spring reverb in a box. I compared it using my vintage Marshall JT-45 plexi to both my black face '65 Super Reverb and '66 Deluxe Reverb's and I could not tell the difference between Mr. Springgy and the real thing. The dwell is the same and the tonal character of the sound is identical. The box only has one control which is a mix knob and that is all you need to add perfect 1960's vintage Fender spring reverb to your plexi Marshall or any other great amp that is manufactured sans reverb. It's been years and years since there has been a true "must have" pedal that every guitar player needs on their pedal board and this is it! Long Live Mr. Springgy!!!!

Sound Quality : 10
Killer. Nails Leo's spring reverb sound exactly. use it with a Marshall or any old Fender tweed amp and your jaw will drop...

Worked great right out of the box...Too new to rate it's longevity.

This is the first Lee Jackson pedal I have owned..

Overall Rating : No Opinion
I play blues and early 60's rock - Jimi, Eric, J. Beck, Albert King, T Bone Walker and even some 60's surf music (this pedal is unreal for Dick Dale and Ventures stuff). I have been playing for 45 years and can't remember coming across any reverb pedal that sounded good. This sounds perfect. There is no other way to describe it. You just can't tell the difference between Mr. Springgy and a Fender reverb tank..
