Ease of Use : 7
Read the manual for proper operation since the unit is very flexible in its ability to change the switching programs for different mode operation. It is very easy to use but will be require the understanding to change the switching modes. I made it work the first try so it is easy.

Sound Quality : 10
I was totally suprised at the very high quality sound abilities of this switching unit. The only other switching unit I have had was the Morely A/B which was definitely lacking in the sound quality category as bought. I did modify my Morely to improve the "tone sucking" issue but when running a Marshall "Plexi" and a JCM 800, I always had ground loop hum, especially at stage volumes.

The Lehle has a "Hi-Fi" sound quality and no gound loop hum at all, even when using the "Tuner" channel for my very powerful-clean Fender amp.

I use the Dual SGoS for three amp operation. The marshall plexi (Channel B), Marshall JCM800 (channel A)for the rough stuff and the Fender Bassman (channel T) for the bluesy and clean stuff. The Lehle was just what I needed for my setup. Absolutely worth the money.

Reliability : No Opinion
Pro's use it, I love it, it is heavy built and we will have to wait a while for the reliability comments.

If I were touring, I would buy a couple more for backups.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Have not had to use them. Some may not agree with this but, for a unit that costs what this one does, I would just buy another to replace it then send in the defective one for repair. Then you have a backup.

I am a vintage gear, high end gear tone hound so I obsess over NOS tubes from Mullard and Tung Sol, buy the best pedals, use original "classic" Marshall and Fender vintage amps. The Lehle Dual SGoS fits in perfectly with this gear. No Noise...HI-FI sound...excellent flexibility...quiet switching...very good! It is a keeper.

Cost may be an issue for many but it does the trick for my ground loop hum issue that has now gone bye-bye...yeah! My amps sound better than ever. Oh yeah...individually adjustable channel gains except for the "T" channel.

After seeing (and hearing)this one in operation, I will now look to see if any other Lehle stuff fills a need since all my current use amps are vintage with no effects loops...all front end effects for these old gals.
