First of all, is a seventies unit, an MXR-like phaser. So, it's very easy to use, and it adds the "Depth" control beside the "Speed". But it's not so tricky to find the phaser sound you're looking for.

As above, it's MXR-like also in the sound, even if it shows its own character.
Very transparent, very dynamic, very "smooth" and "liquid" as a real phaser must be. Compared to my old phaser, a cheap Behringer PH100, there's no kind of comparision that can be done, but compared to an MXR Phase 90/45 it shows its own sound. Not worst, neither better... just different.
You can run from smooth an liquid phaser effect to a "tremolo-like", space atmospheres, and all kind of phaser sound you need. Controls are effective, and the presence of the "Depth" helps to modulate better the effect.
Very present in the mix, also joined with a wah or after an overdrive / distortion section.

Hard-rock metal case, solid switch (even if it's not a true-bypass), mine it's 30 years old and maybe it will last forever.

Just a word: GREAT.
A very good alternative to MXR / Electro Harmonix "Vintage" phaser. With a special add-on: it has its own sound, it doesn't "sound like...".

nice pedal. havent seen many around. its comparable to the mxr phase 100. so if you like that kind of phase then you would like this. no jet swoosh. not subtle either.
