Ease of Use : 10
Very easy to use. No manual needed.

Sound Quality : 10
Perfect. No tone loss at all. No clicking or popping either. Just silent switching. I have anywhere from 10 - 15 pedals on my board and use the loooper to keep my signal chain limited to only the pedals I need for a particular song which helps to maintain tone. It also keeps the big tone sucking pedals out of the signal chain unless I really need them.

Reliability : 10
It's been on my pedal board for over a year now and works flawlessly. I put my tone sucking pedals in the different loops and bring them in only when I need them. The loooper has never failed me in a gig.

Customer Support : 10
Dave was very good about responding to e-mails and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I ordered a paatch box from him later and will be buying an A/B box from him soon. Great product + great price + great customer service = repeat business.

Overall Rating : 10
The loooper has been great for preserving a clean sound when I didn't need any modulation or distortion effects in my signal chain. It allows me to add in only a few pedals at a time for any given song during a live gig. I like to have a wide variety of pedals to chose from so I can add just the right touch when I'm playing a song, but 60% of the time, I just have a straight signal into my amp without any effects. The loooper lets me keep the signal pure without any pedals until I need them. It's essential to my pedalboard.

Couldn't be simpler-plug and play.
I ordered a stock 3 loop pedal with optional tuner mute and master bypass, once I hooked my pedals and decided what to put in each loop it was a breeze to use.

Sound Quality : 10
I'm using this loooper with a Tele and a Klein Electric guitar, the amp I'm using right now is a SF Twin.
I won't list all the pedals but I have three distortion pedals (crunch, drive and full on fuzz) in one loop, a Morley wah/volume in the second and a Line 6 delay in the third.
I may add a few more at some point.
The sound is very clean, I can bypass all my tone sucking pedals in one go or add in just the ones I want to use.

Reliability : No Opinion
Only had this a short while but Dave's wiring is clean as a whistle and it looks like it's around for the long haul.
I have no doubt that I'll be using this for many years.

Customer Support : 10
Dave is a great guy to deal with, friendly and quick to respond.
I will certainly order from him again when I decide on all the options I want to add to my next loooper.

Overall Rating : 10
The loooper is an excellent product, I wish I could have got this years ago.
It does what it says it does and it does it very well.
I've been playing 23 years and playing pro for almost 20 of those.
If it were stole I'd order another right away, except bigger and with more options.
The basic pedal is great, I'd love to play with one that had stutter switches, blend pots and series parallel options.
I was surprised how compact this pedal is, mine has 3 loops and two other pedals and is still compact.

If you have pedals you need one of these.
