Ease of Use : 8
Once I got used to the set-up with this device-that is toggling between two loops or hitting master bypass rather than turning the individual effects pedals on or off it's dead simple. The options for customisation to get the right set-up for your rig are very clear on the loooper.com site. The unit is perhaps a fraction small for my big feet & I think a small general manual on the basic product types and uses would be valuable although I accept a "specific" manual is impossible when lots of the products are made custom to spec.

Sound Quality : 10
The purpose of my A or B loooper with master bypass was to choose between two overdrive/boost devices without having to run through both in series-I find the tone of series pedals too fake. Being able to toggle between both or hit bypass means I'm only ever a button push away from the setting I want without tonal colouration of any sort. The loooper operates efficiently & silently with no discernable difference to pedal tone.

Reliability : No Opinion
Dave Boggs looopers are built beautifully, and although I've only had it for a couple of weeks I'm full of confidence. I'm gigging without any back-up for this device as if I was in a bind I could simply switch the pedals on and off-less convenient but I did it for years!

Customer Support : 10
Dave did have a production hold up due to illness in his family, but emailed me and others to explain this. He was very patient with me when I changed the specifics of my order a couple of times. He also refunded me when I overpaid freight to Australia-very honest indeed!

Overall Rating : 10
I thought that for custom work the loooper.com product is very reasonably priced. My purchase price included very good pastage rates to Australia. I would certainly replace my loooper if it were stolen and it won't be the last loooper.com product I order as my effects set-up continues to evolve.

Ease of Use : 10
Very easy to use.

Has 4 plugs (including an a/c plug), 2 LEDs and 1 footswitch.

I had this A/B box made slightly different than most folks. One thing is I wanted all of the plugs to be on the top part of the pedal, then I wanted 2 inputs (each for a different instrument) and 1 output (to go to my other pedals / amp).

Sound Quality : 10
This pedal does not affect the sound quailty at all (it's not an effect) and the pedal is true bypass so there is no worry about losing any tone.

The pedal makes no noise what so ever.

Reliability : 10
The pedal is made out of steel and has heavy duty plugs and footswitch.
I had Dave make me a Loooper awhile back (10/2002) and I've used that pedal just about everyday and it's worked without any problems since day one ... so I can expect the same from this pedal.

Customer Support : 10
Dave is excellent with answering questions (via email) and is on top of things with quality work and making sure the customer is happy.

Overall Rating : 10
Overall this pedal does what it's supposed to do so I can't complain at all. The pedal was made to my specs (pedal color, color LEDs, placement of the plugs, etc.) a fully custom pedal.

Also Dave has upgraded the labeling he does to the pedals (at lest from the other one I had done) this pedal has a great looking Loooper logo and very professional looking all the way.
