3 knobs... volume, tone and gain, has a very small footprint. Super easy to dial in. Also, Lucy's paint jobs are killer.

Awesome!!! This does what I expected my Klon to do when I got it many years ago but the Klon fell short. Super transparent, no ****** TS type coating and very full sounding with single and buckers. I have been using this with Teles and clean amps to give a little grit and push but recently have also found the joy of using it with cranked brit amps and Les Pauls and it is bone crushing. This thing is super articulate in all settings from slight boost to distortion settings. Also the tone is "real" sounding without coloring your sound, no weird humps or bass chopping here, super transparent.

If there was a 12 for this category it would apply. I have had the joy of meeting and dealing with Ethan in person and aside from being super cool he is also super committed total customer satisfaction, a real stand up guy and a pleasure to meet and do business with.

I play chicken pickin to straight up hard rock and have been doing so for over 37 years. Been a tone and gear freak all my life. I have or have had everything from Klon, Barber, Tonebone, Xotic, Durham, Menatone, HBC, Keeley, MI Audio and on and on. tons of amps new and old as well. As far as I am concerned for OD and distortion the Kronos is the shit and I cannot recommend it enough!
