Ease of Use : 5
It seems relatively easy to use...when it works. Actually, I have not managed to record anything with it yet, though, so...

Sound Quality : 5
Not known. Unable to use it.

Reliability : No Opinion
Zero. It has never worked.

Customer Support : 1
I loaded and reloaded the MacOS X drivers from disc and online. The Audiophile will only find the Macintosh after reinstalling the drivers and restarting (a restart, not a power-off reboot). Then, if you do anything, like leaving Logic, or if the Mac goes to sleep, the Audiophile loses its connection and you have to do it all over again.

See the M-Audio 1814 reviews for more about how flakey M-Audio Firewire drivers are. M-Audio has not got it together for the IEEE 1369 standard yet. Avoid like the plague.

Overall Rating : 1
Forget it.
