Easy enough to figure out, I mean it is a pedal after all, the case is metal and you can't hurt it by stomping it, the EQ works great and adds some better tone to my amp. Manual is kinda vague, just picture and lable of buttons, plugs, etc...but I easily figured it out, and I'm not a brain surgeon. The best option on it, in my opinion, is you can plug headphones into it and use it as a practice amp when you don't feel like jamming for the neighborhood, and runs on the typical 9v battery, not sure where to get a power adaptor for it yet, but it's not eating batteries too fast...When you add other effect pedals to it or add it to your chain I think you'll find it a pretty good bargaing for the EQ alone. Mine is a (Gen 2) Buffalo, I can't comment on the first one because it's my first Moen pedal...

The Moen effects website has a few examples as well as their Distributor sites...Added to other pedals, I say it's a bargain for the $, around 50-60 bucks USD on most sites.

Find the newest site for Moen, this took 3 tries for me to find their updated site. I've only had it a few months...Made of metal WIDER THAN MOST PEDALS, IT IS NOT TALL LIKE A BOSS OR DIGITECH, HAS A PRETTY COOL CAMO PAINT JOB with a chinese red star on it, and seems SOLID, no repair needed yet, and I've stomped it a few times over the last month or two!!!

I like speed metal, thrash, classic rock...When I added this pedal, it seemed to me to make the tone stronger through the amp, like I said earlier the main reason I needed it was the headphone feature, and I thought I might as well get an EQ extra since I didn't have a designated one in my chain already. I wish it had a distortion knob too, then you could play it like an all in one thrash pedal!
