Mackie 1402 VLZ PRO

It's a mixer. And for a newbie like me, yea it took just a bit to learn how to use it. So that's no fault on Mackie. I love this thing!

This Mackie is quality stuff. Us musicians get a feel over time what's garbage and what's not. Mackie has built the 1402 VLZ PRO right!!! I think the componenets are high quality! I am impressed. It's good stuff. No buzzing, no popping or humming....just straight up no trouble. Solid! I rate a 9 because how can you rate something on sound that doesn't generate any. It's dead quiet. And that's great for a mixer!!!

Like I said before it's just good solid quality. It's put together well. The technology is solid. When I find I need to do something it always takes care of me. And I can rest that the components are high quality. Some cheapo companies try to give you all the features and yet it's junkie. Not so with Mackie. I got a lot of feature with this model level...and it's all solid.

I've dealt with all the companies you guys have. I've dealt with them a lot.... Fender, Victoria, Line 6, ..... sometimes they're okay....and sometimes they surely ain't. They get all fustrated with you quickly.... even when you try to frame a question or concern in a quick and friendly manner. Not so with Mackie. That's what drew me to write this. Those guys at Mackie are really great. I mean it. I am fully impressed. They shocked me with how helpful they are. I think they actually cared about my proble,...IMAGINE THAT! Thanks Mackie. Two guys at Mackie helped me out on over the phone named Owen and another via email named Tom. You guys rock. Thanks for being great. You need to go give seminars at Fender Victoria and Line 6

I think I've hit it pretty well. Mackie stuff is great in several aspects: sound, reliability, technology, adn QUALITY. When you add the customer service to that it's a no brainer. Mackie is all I'll recommend. Thanks Fellas
