Ease of Use : 10
Easy enough. There are 3 knobs and a footswitch.

Sound Quality : 4
At the time, I was using this with either a Strat or a PRS Custom 22. The TOP was first in the chain, with a few Skreddy fuzzes after it, then going into a Moog 104z, into a Mesa Lonestar Special.

The pedal clips/distorts very easily, especially with humbuckers. I play fairly hard, but this is unacceptable. The actual phaser sound was good, but I've heard better from much cheaper pedals. People are claiming this can do a great vibe sound, but with the pedal setup to do this, it was nowhere near a quality vibe pedal.

Reliability : 10
Built like a tank. Super high quality build here.

Customer Support : No Opinion

I regret paying the price for a new one. Big mistake. About the clipping issue I mentioned... I tried brand new batteries as well as DC power, and nothing helped. Not exaggerating here, I think a regular ol' Phase 90 is ten times better sounding than the Tiny Orange Phaser. I sold it after two days. I was expecting much more out of a $400 pedal.
