The pedal is fairly simple, although there is no manual. You'll get the hang of it after 10 minutes.

It sounds good and when I first got it I finally thought that I had found the sampler that I had been looking for for several years. It has everything I want, the time knob to change the pitch of the loop and a reverse function and most importantly it sounds good. But, and this is an important but, the pedal doesn't work. Read about it in the reliability and customer support sections.

When I first got it, the pedal worked fine. But after about a month of use the foot switches started to fail me. This was a great annoyance because it made it impossible to correctly time loops. But I managed to fix this by opening up the pedal and placing supporters to hold up the printed circuit boards, because the provided ones didn't do their job.
Now the pedal worked for another month, and I was pretty happy with it. Then during a show it all of the sudden stopped working, it didn't even pass sound through it while bypassed. It happened when I pressed the overdub switch. I tried several things in order to get it working again, including taking it to a repair shop, but nothing worked. The guys at the shop said that the insides of the pedal were a complete mess and there was nothing they could do in order to fix it. I opened up the pedal myself and there are microchips and wireslaying around and glue all over the place. So basically it doesn't work now and hasn't worked in a year or so. When I first contacted Juan he was nice. I purchased the pedal, and even though it took about 5 months to get to me, he replied my e-mails and the pedal finally came. When the switches bailed out on me, I contacted him again and he was friendly but he wasn't very helpful. I fixed the pedal myself that time.
When the pedal broke I again contacted him. He said that as soon as new pedals were ready, he'd send me a new copy. Then the weeks passed and weeks turned into months and he stopped replying my e-mails. So I never got a new looper and he stopped replying me.

Long story short, I bought equipment from maneco for almost 400$ and after waiting for it for several months, it barely ever worked and I didn't get my money back, nor a new pedal.
I sincerely wanted the pedal to work and I had great hopes for the pedal and at first it seemed to meet my hopes, but it basically just a piece of junk lying in my closet now. It's a real shame.

It's a delay. But it has a learning curve. It's a non-static looper, which means you set the time first and then you play until it loops back on itself. If you hit it right, good. Otherwise you need to adjust the time or your playing tempo. Trial and error. The other controls - tone, repeats, blend, reverse are just like on any delay and once you try them, you've got it. No manual.

I run this at the end of my fx rig. Current lineup - 1972 Tele > Ernie Ball 6166 > Zoom Ultra Fuzz > Mosferatu > Voodoo Vibe > Infinitphase > Pulsar > Arion SAD-1 > DigiVerb > Nano 32 > George Dennis 30 watt MIghty Mouse head > GIbson 2x12 cabinet.
Excellent stuff, from crisp "Normal" delay to "Warm" tape echo sims to "LoFi" 8 bit tones. From slapback with or withour runaway self oscillation all the way up to 32 seconds of delay. Three time ranges, reverse, and the infinite repeat Hold foot switch for looping. There is also a jack for remote switching of the reverse and a "protect" switch to preserve a loop. The pedal arrived from Uruguay with a loop that had been put there by it's maker. I guess it'll save a loop between sets. ;) This pedal will do sound on sound, simple delays with 3 different tone qualities, and looping big time. If you do a long loop and then switch time ranges, the loop is truncated, but when you go back to the longer range it comes back the way you saved it. The reverse is very cool - my wife said "Oh, just like the Beatles."

So far, no problems. Built solid, real wooden sides, brass footswitches, smooth knob travel, attractive hand painted graphics, metal jacks. I would love a back up, just to play them together, but I would feel comfortable gigging without one.

Friendly, fast, he upgraded me to 32 seconds and added the reverse remote for free! Finest kind.

I will be using this for ambient loops, rhythmic loops, on the fly reverse, very cool runaway slapback, nice interweaving delay lines, and lots more. It has inspired me to try new stuff.
