Ease of Use : 8
pretty darn easy. 2 channels, 2 switches.gain on both channels, the regular 3 band eq on both, plus a contour control and separate volume on the boost channel. master includes volume, reverb and a knob to control how much you effects shape your tone.

Sound Quality : 7
Im using the amp with a Raven guitar, not sure the model number, with stock pickups (soon to be changed to a ricky toaster and a bill lawrence blade humbucker). Im playing it into an Avater 100 watt cab loaded with 2 vintage 30's. Amp is not noisy at all. looses some quality at higher volumes, but at anywhere between 10 o'clock to 3 o'clock on gain/volume this amp is awesome! clean channel can go from light, clean, bright stuff, to some nice blues rock. boost channel is signifcatly meaner. only complaints: cruch switch on clean channel adds no crunch whatsoever! it merely adds a bit of extra volume, nothing more. also, boost channel is not veratile. moving the gain from 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock and room practice volumes, i heard no difference. The boost channel sounds like it always wants to tear the head off everything in its way, and never want to quite down and do some crunchy blues rock or something. minor details, its a damn good amp for the price.

Reliability : 10
seems reliable. i woulndt run it over with a tank or something, but it seems sturdy enough that if i dropped/kicked/hammered/took out a bad day on it, it would see many more days to come. for gigging ide probably use it as a backup, since the sound, as afformentioned, dies a bit at increased volumes.

Customer Support : No Opinion
fuck 'em

Overall Rating : 7
overall, its good. considering the price, that adds to the good, but i dont think ide have shelled out if i was buying it new and 'unviolated'. if it were stolen ide be mad as hell, cause i worked all summer to pay for it. it comparison with other amps, i think its better than some, but worse than most. it an amp, its not an outstanding amp, but its cheap, what else do you want?
