Ease of Use : 9
At first this thing is confusing to figure out, especially if you're not familiar with wah pedals, like I was. Once you figure it out it's very easy to use. It was used so no manual came with it.

Sound Quality : 9
I'm using this on an Ibanez EX with a small Marshall Valve Amp. I use the amp's distortion instead of my JH-1 when just playing, I use the JH-1 when recording though. The sound is awesome, very gutsy. The auto-wah works great too. The volume is okay

Reliability : 10
This thing is 100% chrome so I would depend on it never to break. The things old already and it still works perfectly

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never dealt with the company

Overall Rating : 10
I play heavier stuff and this thing is great for leads. If it were stolen or lost, I'd definently buy it again if I could find it. This pedal makes a great completion to my sonic arsenal, so I'm very happy with it.
