Ease of Use : 10
Two knobs: level and sustain. It couldn't be easier.

Sound Quality : 10
I play a Fender Deluxe Strat, Gibson LP Studio, and an Ibanez Bob Weir Professional. I use a Budda Twinmaster into a Marshall 1960a cabinet. This pedal thickens the sound on the Fender, making even the highest notes sound full. This pedal is a must get...even though it was pricey.

Reliability : 10
Built like a brick sh@* house. The switch is especially good. It turns on and off without a noticable click.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Haven't had a problem.

Overall Rating : 10
I like blues and rock, so this is a pedal that I will use a lot. I love the fender sound, but it can get tinny. This pedal opens up additional options for me. If it were lost or stolen - I'd replace it within the week.
