Ease of Use : 8
Very easy, volume and blend controls. On/off switch of course. I like the top mounted jacks.

Sound Quality : 8
Kinda noisy, but hey it's analog. It's basicly an MXR Blue Box copy. It seems to have far more fuzz drive than the MXR. I love the octave/down sound! Tracking is a bit shakey, but hey it's just like a "script logo" Blue Box. I use this with a Gibson Firebird into a BF Princeton Reverb. I run it in series with a Phaser and Booster pedal.

Reliability : 8
Very reliable, so far. It's from the 70's so it's good quality. I did install true-bypass switching.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Good question, I'm not sure who made the Memphis line... Maxon perhaps?

Overall Rating : 8
I use this pedal for whatever type of music I'm playing at the time. I like to experiment and see where I can make it work ie... country, rock, blues, etc. In my band anything goes, so it's always fun to see what we come up with. I would definately find another one if this one disappeared. These seem to be quite rare on the vintage market these days!
