Customer Support : 10
Top class. When my mod kit arrived, I found that my GE7 had a different PCB than the one in the mod kit. I emailed monte and he went out and bought himself a GE7 with the same PCB as me, and re-did the mod kit instructions! Talk about going the extra mile!

Overall Rating : 10
I use this pedal a boost for leads in the clean mode of my amp. I boost mainly the mids (camel's hump) and it fattens the tone nicely and boosts the volume.
It also works as a "fat" boost on the drive channel of my amp- so I am happy! When used on this channel, the volume gain is only slight due to tube compression, but the sound is thicker and dirtier - cool!
So now I get two more channels on my amp from one cheap pedal and a bit of soldering!
