The pedal has a long standing issue namely that when engaged the volume drops. That along with the noise spoils a good pedal.
The kit was easy to follow and cleverly written. A lot of though goes into keeping the language simple but brief.
This was my third mod and you do get in the "zone" so it took an hour with nothing being rushed and the pedal being checked at each stage.
Sound Quality

Quieter and richer.
There is a warmth that is so usable. Sounds great live and that was without the noise suppressor that I usually have in the modulation loop.
This is a noticeably better pedal since the modification.
Reliability

Good components being used on a rugged pedal.
Take time with the soldering and enjoy your work. There is something satisfying about being involved in the process.

As a player you are looking to have a good tone. These pedal mods deliver.
I wish that there were more mods by this man. These are thoughtfully crafted and make such a huge difference. A lot of the mods make pedals that are just left on the side usable again.
