Step on it, it goes on. Step off, it goes off. Basic huh?

I'd use any guitar with this. It is 100% noise free. The only bad thing I can say is the wah intensity drastically reduces with a weak battery (I use an adapter).

Kicked it across stage, Jumped on it, and used it as a shield. Still works fine.

It will sound good with any style. The switchless function makes this the god of all wah pedals.

I was going to buy a Cry Baby, but then I went to the store and tried out a Bad Horsie, and liked it a lot better. Please don't read this and base my decision to buy this on your decision. Go to your local retailer, and try the pedal(s) out. Pick which one you like please. Don't wait til you get home. The Sound is cool, it has a big range compared to other wahs, and the switchless thing is really cool. I have a distortion pedal in front of it, and one after. The first is a Morley, the second is a DOD. This works well, it gives you that "screaming wah" effect. However, this will add noise to your signal, and if you want to turn the distortion off, you have to do some quick foot work, but it's cool anyway.

I totally depend on this, the moment you pick it up, you'll feel the sturdiness of it. Morley in no way tried to make this thing dinky, or cheap, it's solid, and with a metal chassis, who can go wrong. The pedal seems very cool, it doesn't seem like it's gonna break anytime soon because ive put all my weight on it, and kicked it, and it's had a lot happen to it so far, and it's still really awesome...

2 year warranty should come in handy, but i don't see me having to use it anytime soon...

I would buy this pedal again. I really love the "just step on it" switchless thing, I don't have to hit some other switch, then step on the "gas" pedal. The tone is awesome, and the unit by itself sounds cool, and with other effects surrounding it, you can modify the sound even more to get it just like you want it. Very cool... I wouldn't recommend this unless you've tried it out at the store. I hate to hear people complain about taking your advice about something and going and buying it without trying it. Would you listen to paint to tell if it's the right color?

As soon as you move the pedal forward, it turns on. Can't be any simpler than that. Also the angle that the pedal swivels at is ideal; that and the spring loaded mechanism give it a great feel.

Absolutely 100% noise-free. However, I wish that there was a smoother sweep; it seems to go from bass to treble, with no mid-range whatsoever.

Built like a Sherman tank. If you threw it out a 10th floor window, I'd bet it would still work fine.

Some of the other reviews that I've read here, mention that the unit switches into bypass mode too quickly. I think it doesn't switch off quickly enough: there is about a half-second delay from when you release the pedal and when the wah actually shuts off. If the switching was more instantaneous, and there was more mid-range in the sound, then this pedal would be the undisputed champ of wah pedals.

Pretty easy to use. Just step on it and the wah kicks in. Let your foot off the pedal and it goes into bypass mde. My only gripe is that if you let your foot up too far for too long while you're playing it accidentally goes into bypass mode. Timing takes a little practice, but that goes with any wah pedal. I like the fact that there are no footswitches or potentiometers and that it automatically goes into wah mode without having to push down on a footswitch. There are no knobs or switches. But this pedal doesn't need any adjusting. It sounds excellent as is.

The wah sounds great and pretty intense. I plug the output from my Ibanez Tube King into this and I get sounds from Jimi Hendrex to Steve Vai. The tone controls on my Tube King taylor the sound. Even by itself, without the distortion, this pedal sounds great. The pedal is very quiet. Not noisy at all. The bypass mode seems to not affect the signal, either.

This pedal is made of metal. No potentiometers to wear out or footswitches to break. I would use this without a backup. It seems built pretty well.

I would definately buy this pedal again. The sound is excellent! It seems built to last a long time. The pedal feels pretty sturdy and smooth under foot. One can spend hours experimenting and getting different sounds out of this pedal, especially with different distortion settings. My only gripe is that I wish it had some sort of adjustment that would let us select how long of a delay before it switches into bypass mode when you let up the pedal. This would prevent us from accidentally going into bypass mode when we really DON't want to. Other than that, it's a great pedal and would recommend it to anyone! Good job Morley!!!

Push forward to activate it, take your foot off and it will spring back into bypass. This pedal takes some getting used to.If you back your foot off too far when your playing, you might turn it off accidentally. There is some delay in bypassing, so you'll have to get the timing down. A couple of times, it didn't spring back all the way, so I had to turn it off myself.

I was disappointed here. The pedal doesn't have that good of a range, and the wah is kind of weak. The transition between bass and treble isn't very smooth; it goes into treble too soon. It sounds best in front of the distortion. This pedal is very quiet, when used alone. When i hooked it up with a distortion pedal, it added a lot of noise to the signal.

Very solid, very dependable. It doesn't use a pot, so no need to worry about that. The only problem I had was when it didn't switch off properly a couple of times, but most of the time it works fine.

I wouldn't buy this pedal again. I wish it had more range, and a smoother sweep, because I really like the way the pedal works. The best things about this pedal are that it is switchless, doesn't use a pot, and has an LED. It is also built very well, and has an easily accessable battery compartment. This pedal is a good idea, but lacks in the sound.

The wah in this pedal is great. It has a good range of tone, and makes hardley any noise. I recommend putting it in front of your distortion.

I haven't had the pedal for very long, but it seems to be built to last. I'm pretty rough on my pedals, and this one is holding up nicely so far. I didn't get the adapter, and my battery hasn't died yet. Again, I haven't had it very long.

This pedal is the best wah I've heard. I was going to get a crybaby until I played this one. In my opinion, it is by far superior to the Dunlop. The Bad Horsie isn't potentiometer controlled, so it is very quiet compared to the Dunlop.

Very easy to use. Just step on it to turn it on and it turns off by it self when you let your foot off the pedal. Like other Morley wah pedals its switchless.

Not noisey when compared to other wah pedals. My old Dunlop Crybaby had a noisy pot and used to get am radio. It is a sound to "Vai" for as Morlery says. :) The Wah sounds in my opinion better than the Vox wah reissue. I thought that sounded the best until I heard the Bad Horsie wah.

I would use this wah without a backup. Unlike the Crybaby and other similar wah pedals, the Bad Horsie don't use a potentiometer. So no need to worry about replacing the pot when it starts get "radio."
