Ease of Use : 10

Very easy to use, just have to steep and lean on it and it will work, very good for when you are gigging in the dark and cant see the buttons on some wahs

Sound Quality : 7

The sound isnt bad, there are to modes you can either have the pre set up sound or you can play around with it and find a sound that suits you

Reliability : 10

I have had this pedel for about 5yrs now and have never had a problem with it, (other than a dead battery)

Customer Support : No Opinion

Never had to deal with them!

I think that this is a very good pedal for the money, i would buy it again if it ever broke
