Ease of Use

This wah pedal is easy to use because it is switchless. You step on it and go. You need to tweak the tone controls a bit.
Sound Quality

I use this wah with an Ibanez Universe straight into a Mesa F50. Basically, the sound is a bit weak if you don't use the gain boost feature. Maybe this is meant for using it AFTER an overdrive pedal, I don't know. The sweep is quite short and mostly in the high range frequencies. In bypass mode, this pedal is dead quiet.
What I like a lot about this pedal is the wah-lock feature, so you can make it sound as if the pedal is stuck somewhere halfway. This can also be used as a gain boost for solos.
It's not the best sounding wah, but the features are great.
Reliability

Like any other Morley, it is built like a tank. Solid metal housing and good construction. But the top of the rocker pedal is covered with some kind of griptape that you also find on skateboards, and it wouldn't stick to the pedal, I had to fix that with some glue.
Customer Support

Morley has a friendly customer support, they answer your questions properly. I didn't need them for problem solving, so I can't judge on that.

I have been playing Metal/hardcore for 10 years now, and the best wah pedals I had were a Vox and a Morley Bad Horsie. I love all the features on this wah, but the Vox and Horsie sound way better.
Too bad that this wah scores high on versatility and quality, but lets down on the sound quality a bit.
