This thing is definitely very easy to use.. Turn the knob for proper wah-value and press the button to switch it on. If you want to adjust the volume, simply just push the button again and adjust the proper volume pressing the pedal. (Even babies can handle this baby).

First of all, I'm using this pedal quite little but mainly I use this with my Charvette, Boss' Overdrive pedal & B2-bomber amp(which is piece of crap). This wah is sort of a noisegate with the overdrive (removes the unnecessary noise the overdrive makes), 'cause I think this pedal is (very) quiet whatever some might say. Thus I don't hear noise whatsoever, maybe because I'm used to the noise my amp's making.
So I think that the effects are good enough for rock/heavy metal use. Perfect, if you use distortion/overdrive with it.

Reliability : 10
I have had no problems with the pedal even though it's been abused (not by me) very seriously. So it's really durable, and I would use this definitely without any backup on a gig. I trust this 100%.
...Well, maybe 99,9%.

Never tried to contact them.

Mainly I play rock or metal (from Hendrix to death metal) with this, so yes, this is a very good match for that. I've played guitar about 7-8 years and I own B2-bomber amp, Boss' overdrive pedal, one acoustic + 2 electric guitars (planning to buy Jackson's RX10 in a moment).
If it were stolen I propably wouldn't buy a new one, I don't need wah so much.. But if I lost this, I'd be really disappointed.
So if you want a GOOD wah/volume pedal, buy this or the Crybaby, they're quite similar to their features & sounds, but I personally recommend this more.

One Button, one knob, and the expression pedal.

Sound Quality : 3
This thing is VERY noisy, I run it after a Big Muff, or a Daddy-0, and I get a wooshing sound when I touch the pedal. I expected a nice smooth transition across the weep of the pedal, but have a few spots where the effect just jumps. Its kind of fun it you actually want some of its quirks, but most of the time they are useless.

Reliability : 9
Its probably pretty reliable, I beat the heck out of it hoping it will break, so I have a good reason to buy a 535Q or a Budda.

I bought this over the mail because it was cheap. Big mistake, I won't buy another Wah over the mail.
