Ease of Use : 10
As soon as I got this thing I hooked it up. Did not read the manual, as it is pretty self explanatory. This effect drop tunes your guitar in 1/2 step increments. Can drop tune 3 1/2 steps. It has an octave drop and octaver. It has a trim level on the back to adjust the input of your guitar. Very simple to use.

Sound Quality : 9
For what I am using it for seems great. My intentions were to have this for practice. Eliminates the need for other guitars in different tunings. While I have other guitars, I just find it simpler. I hooked this thing up in front of the signal chain. Morpheus Droptune into the multi effects into the amp. I played at jam practice levels to live levels. Did not seem to alter my sound at all at 1/2 and 1 step down. I played briefly at 1 1/2 down and barely detected and alteration. More so in playing chords. I stepped down through the rest just to check them out, but spent no time on them, as I most likely will never use them. I did like the sound of the octaver playing clean. I see some future use for this.
I also hooked up my bass and bass guitar rig with this, and it worked great. I have a lot of different guitars and amps but the ones I used on this were a Shecter Diamond Series Gryphon, Rocktron Utopia G100 into a Crate Powerblock running a Genz Benz single 12 loaded with the Eminence Super V12. For the bass I ran my Epi Thunderbird with a Hartke HA3000 into a Ampeg SVT1510. I will try different variations later and maybe put it in the end of the signal path just to try it out, but feel that is better in the front. I will also try this out in a live situation as I do not see any problems with what I am using it for.

Reliability : 10
It seems to be built tough. Have not tryed no drop tests or anything and wont, I'm sure it will happen in its own time and time will tell. I cant imagine much going wrong other than the norm. Like the switches wearing out or something over time.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Could not tell ya. I never even heard of Morpheus until this baby came along. Dont see no need to get ahold of them.

Overall Rating : 8
Overall, I will rate this a great product for ease of use and such a brilliant idea. I just find it so much simpler to click a switch rather than trade up guitars and be off and running. As I said, I just got this and have only spent a little time with it. So time will tell. As of right now, if I lost it I would deffinately replace it. I dont think there is much out there as far as a similar product. If there is, I'm sure there is a heftier price tag on it.
The only downfall I see, is it does not take batteries. It is powered by a 12 volt power supply. Which means my normal 9 volt powered chain will not work, which means another adapter in the box. The adapter is very small though and will not get in the way.
I play classic rock, blues and mainstream rock. This will work great for anything we do. I even messed around with some Pantera and stuff just to check out the droptuning and loved it. I will rate it an 8 in this category just because of the no batteries deal.
