Ease of Use : 5
It's no MXR Phase 90 as far as ease. It has 4 knobs : Depth, Manual, Feedback, and Speed. It takes some twiddling.

Sound Quality : 8
I like the sound, it's very lush though I find it really noisy. It's great for cleans. For distorted stuff I lean towards the MXR Phase 90. I mostly use guitars with humbuckers into Marshalls.

Reliability : 4
BAD SWITCH. Man, this thing is a frustrating. I'll hit the switch over and over until it "catches". If I were to ever use this in my setup, it would have to be in some sort of bypass loop box, so it would always be on and I would engage it with the loop box.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 8
I'm into hard rock. I had a Boss PH-1r and thought it was terrible, this was far superior to my ears. I also have an old Morley chrome Pro Phaser beast & an MXR Phase 90. Having these 3 I don't even look at others phasers anymore. My phaser arsenal is complete.
