Ease of Use : 10
Even a little kid could operate this pedal, only two knobs with great depth and speed variations. I've had one of these pedals for about 13 years and I never had any problems, not once...

Sound Quality : 10
Great sound, adds a couple db when in use. Noiseless switching, great sound from the effects. I've been using this pedal with a legend superlead 50 amp.

Reliability : 10
This thing is built like a tank!!! I've had the same pedal for over 13 years now, if you want serious reliability this is the pedal. Solid metal chasis, you could run this thing over with a car, or truck and it would still work.

Never had to contact peavey.

I've been playing all styles of music since I began 13years ago. Simply put one of the best pedals I own. I also have a ton of gear, Ernie Ball volume, dulop crybaby wah, Ibanez ts9 tube screamer, ab switch box, mxr dyna comp, mxr phase 90, boss dv digital delay, electro harmonix holy grail, boss noise gate. (These are just on my floor pedal board. Audio technica wireless, korg 1000 rack tuner, dod dual 15 band eq, (until recent also rocktron chamelon 2000, and rocktron velocity 120. If anything was to ever happen to this pedal I would contact peavey directly and pay them to make me another one, no matter what the cost.
I really like the range of different sounds you can create with only two knobs to work with.
I can't think of any other pedals I've ever used or heard that could compare to this one.

Two knobs, "speed" and "depth". Very easy to get a good sound out of. Switch is a momentary housed in rubber, very reliable and no switch over noise.

Sound Quality : 10
This pedal is impressively quiet both on the true bypass and while the chorus is engaged. The sound is very nice. The effect becomes weak as the battery discharges, power supply recommended.

Reliability : 10
This pedal is a rock. Very heavily built, cast aluminium enclosure, heavey duty rubber housed switch.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Cant find much about this pedal but I doubt it will ever fail.

Overall Rating : 10
I play traditional sort of rock and have done for about 5 years, this pedal makes some really nice sounds and I think highly reliable, I am the weakest link in my setup! This pedal is quality built with smd components and a few specialised audio chips. I dont think you could make this pedal for the money I payed for it. The power adaptor I use for it is a standard REGULATED 9V mains adaptor with a small mono audio jack (tip +ve).
