Ease of Use : 10
This is a non-MIDI bass preamp that has two channels (one tube, and one solid state). Neat thing is that you can blend the two together. At first glance it has the appearance of the Peavey 210TX bass amp. It has an effects loop and adjustable crossover which are pretty handy. The loop and channels are foot switchable. Manual is well written and easy to follow. It is intended for bass but is useful for acoustic or electric guitar as well.

Sound Quality : 9
Sound is not noisey at all. Can get a wide variety of sounds. I use this in conjunction with the LR Baggs piezo bridge on my strat. I also use it with my bass. Can give you a good overdrive but nothing heavy.

Reliability : 10
All peavey stuff is reliable IMO. I never go without a backup, but if I did, then this would be the one I'd take.

Customer Support : 10
All the manuals are downloadable off their website. That's all you should need.

Overall Rating : 10
Very good product. Reliable and gives me a wide variety of satisfactory sounds.
