Very easy to use.

Sound Quality : 10
I am using this to connect to two amps ( it actually has Three outputs )these vary according to the gig size, but they are usually a matchless HC30 and Modded 70's Marshall 100 watt head. I love the sound of these amps, but they NEVER sound as good after routing them through a load of new and old pedals, until now! I asked Pete to put an FX send and return on the unit and one of the three amplifier outputs is routed direct from the input straight through the unit ( eg not via the FX loop ) so I can have one dirty amp dry and the other one (or two)amps with the FX/delay etc in line. The FX loop has a variable control on the return,so that I can adjust for any losses in the loop due to pedal volume mis-matches. I can honestly say that even after going through all of the FX on the board,it is not possible to hear ANY difference between the direct sound and when the FX loop is engaged,AMAZING! Pete also fitted a tuner output with a all amp mute switch for silent tuning and a variable boost switch for clean boosting from 0db to 50 megaton amp destructing db. I really should have gone to Pete YEARS ago and saved myself thousands of pounds looking for THE SOUND when I already had it but was ruining it by poor routing. This is the best pedal you could EVER spend money on because it makes all of your other pedals sound FANTASTIC!

Reliability : 10

I would NEVER gig without this unit unless I had no other option. Pete is always happy to talk and help you,so I know that I will never have a problem.

You tell Pete what you need. He'll make it. It will be as easy as you want it to be, that's the idea: remote effect switching, multiple inputs w/switching, on/offstage tuner feeds, mute switches...

Sound Quality : 10
Again, this is a generic review of custom systems, of which I have been privy to know quite a few, and had the pleasure of working with Pete to design a few. His work is military spec, and interfaces are buffered, switches are quiet- basically, i find them to be as transparent as possible. (If you ask him to build in a Boss equalizer, as i have seen done, it won't magically turn into a Klark-Teknik, but it will probably be quieter than you've ever heard it!).
"Can you get the sound of your favorite artists?" Some of the people who's systems i am talking about ARE possibly some of your favorite artists.

Reliability : 10
Pete's stuff is of the highest quality, as hand built as anything in this industry can be (outside of perhaps, acoustic guitars...), and made to withstand just about anything. I carry backups for just about everything, but in the 20 years I have been dealing with his systems, the ONLY failures have been when catastrophes (twice- 15 years apart) have occured to an onstage mute switch (drum risers being rolled over the connection- that kind of thing...), and each mishap has brought a newly designed, beefier footswitch.
Oh, and occasionally, a bulb needs to be replaced.

Pete is the best, as every review i see here denotes! Upgrades are rare, repairs even rarer, but never a problem. Highest marks!
I consider him a friend. :-)

Overall Rating : 10
The systems I have been directly involved with have been Iron Maiden's. All of the guitar/bass players have had at least one...
Pete's clientele is the who's who of British (and American) guitar, including, as has been mentioned here regularly, David Gilmour, Jimmy Page, Brian May...
His stuff is not cheap, however it is definitely a case of getting what you pay for. No one else that i am aware of makes what he does, the way he does it. I give this a 10 here, but i wouldn't call it a fantastic value (strictly economically speaking), unless you require the best- then it is the only value.
